This policy applies to information processed by the operator of this site (canola_oil / handle 0x67108864, sole proprietor based in Japan) in connection with this site, the products distributed under the canola_oil brand, and direct email correspondence.

2. Information collected directly

This site is a static informational site and does not collect personal information through forms or analytics. Email correspondence sent to the contact address (canola.rapapa@gmail.com) is retained for the duration of the support relationship.

3. Information processed via third parties

Stripe (payment processing): when you purchase directly, Stripe processes the payment under Stripe's privacy policy. The operator receives only summary transaction data and contact email.
Marketplaces (Agensi, LobeHub, Skly, Skills.sh, etc.): when you purchase via a marketplace, that marketplace's privacy policy governs the transaction; the operator receives a payout report from the marketplace.
GitHub (hosting and open-source distribution): GitHub processes interactions on its own platform under its own policy.

4. Use

Information received in connection with a purchase or support inquiry is used solely to deliver the product and respond to support requests. It is not sold, shared, or used for marketing.

5. Retention

Transaction records are retained for the period required by Japanese tax law (currently 7 years). Support correspondence is retained as long as needed to resolve the inquiry, then archived or deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data the operator holds about you, by emailing canola.rapapa@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g., transaction records under tax law).
