Digital products consisting of SKILL.md-formatted skill packages and related software, distributed through third-party marketplaces (Agensi, LobeHub, Skly, Skills.sh, GitHub) and, where applicable, directly via this site. Contributions to open-source projects are made on a per-task basis through bounty platforms such as Algora.
Unless otherwise noted in the individual skill package, paid skills are licensed for use by a single individual or single organization for internal use. Redistribution is prohibited. Free skills are released under permissive open-source licenses (typically MIT) as stated in each repository.
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are granted where the skill demonstrably does not function as described in the purchased version. Refunds for "change of mind" after the skill has been used are not generally provided.
Skills are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The provider is not liable for any damages arising from use of the products beyond the amount paid for the specific skill in question. Users are responsible for reviewing skill content before granting it execution permissions in their agent runtime.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
